ESCOVAPE uses product-page feedback to help wholesale buyers understand real product and service experiences. We do not describe a review as a verified purchase unless WooCommerce can confirm that status.

How product feedback is handled

• Reviews are checked for relevance, abusive language, personal information and obvious spam before publication.
• A verified-purchase label is shown only when the order record can be matched to the reviewer.
• We do not edit a reviewer’s meaning or create customer quotations on their behalf.
• Product-specific comments remain linked to the relevant product page so readers can review the current specifications and availability.

Share or correct your experience

To submit product feedback, open the relevant item in our wholesale catalog and use the review form on that product page. To request a correction or report a review, contact the ESCOVAPE support team with the product URL and review details.

Reviews are not the fastest route for resolving an order issue. Please consult our shipping policy y refund policy, or contact support directly for order-specific assistance.
